Florida manatee, Trichechus manatus latirostris, a subspecies of the West Indian manatee, endangered. A series of male and female courting or cavorting behavior with more manatee in the background. The couple swims into strong, warming sunlight. The male touches and rubs the female with his snout. Horizontal orientation with beautiful blue spring water. Three Sisters Springs, Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, Kings Bay, Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida USA.
