Florida manatee, Trichechus manatus latirostris, a subspecies of the West Indian manatee, endangered. A manatee takes a breath by a large, warm freshwater springhead. Peaceful and undisturbed scene. Another resting manatee and some mangrove snapper, Lutjanus griseus, are in the background. Horizontal orientation with blue spring water and reflection.
