Florida manatee, Trichechus manatus latirostris, a subspecies of the West Indian manatee, endangered. A curious adult manatee peers out while floating in the warm blue freshwater of a spring. It is lit by strong warming sun rays and there is a surface reflection in the shape of a question mark. Vertical orientation with blue water, reflection and rainbow sun rays. Three Sisters Springs, Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, Kings Bay, Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida USA.
